Senior VP, Institutional Equity Sales – Healthcare Boutique

Location: New York Territory

Boutique firm focused exclusively on healthcare equities seeks experienced SVP to cover NY institutional accounts. Distribute proprietary research, ideas, and trading flow to hedge funds, asset managers, and long-only clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage NY buy-side relationships
• Sell healthcare sector research and investment theses
• Drive commission revenue and meet coverage targets
• Partner with analysts on biotech, pharma, medtech, and services ideas
• Host meetings, attend conferences, and deliver client value

Requirements

• 10+ years institutional equity sales experience (healthcare coverage preferred)
• Proven revenue track record and strong NY institutional network
• Series 7 & 63 required
• Deep healthcare industry knowledge and capital markets expertise
• Entrepreneurial, client-focused, high-energy

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission. Bonus and equity potential.
