Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to cover the consumer sector. This role involves generating high-quality investment ideas and providing actionable insights to support our portfolio management team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive research and analysis of consumer sector companies.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Deliver clear, concise investment recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and other analysts to refine investment strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 10 years of buyside or sellside experience in equity research or investment analysis, with a focus on the consumer sector.
• Education: MBA from a recognized institution required.
• Performance: Proven track record of successful investment calls and strong analytical capabilities.
• Skills: Advanced financial modeling, exceptional analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Qualities: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• References: Must have strong buyside references as well as management references.
